Student Admission & Visa Application Procedure:

Step 1: Acceptance letter/offer letter 

  • The first and last pages of a passport
  • Application for College/Course and selection of course –
  • Transcripts and certificates (10th/12th/Degree/if any others)
  • In addition to the application fee, there is a processing fee of SG$ 178 to SG$ 365

*Conditional offer letter will be issued within 2 – 3 working days.

Step 2: Applying for a student visa:

  • Letter of Acceptance/Offer (signed by the student)
  • The birth certificate should be in English, if not then ask the student to prepare an affidavit on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper (a sample format will be provided).
  • Color photo of passport size (white background)
  • ICA form: Form 16 & V36 Visa form (Time of birth, occupation, and siblings’ birth dates are mandatory)
  • Bank letter (Fixed Deposit/Saving/Education Loan) – Issued by bank officer showing fund for 1 day in Bank letter format minimum balance should be around SG$ 15,000.00 (Approx. INR 7.5 Lacs) either in students account or parent’s account for Diploma Courses &SG$ 25,000.00 (Approx. INR 12.5 Lacs) for post graduate Courses.
  • Letter of experience – Students with work experience or involvement in employability activities should submit a letter stating their employment dates, salaries, designations, and last dates of employment.
  • Certificate of marriage/affidavit (if applicable)

Step 3: Obtaining a visa:

  • In general, it takes 14 – 28 working days for ICA to approve a Visa file after it has been submitted.
  • Upon approval, students must deposit the fee into the college’s account only.
  • After the fee has been deposited, the college will send the visa approval within one working day.
